Pre-launch draft. This is a plain-language summary of intent, not the binding notice. The binding privacy notice and the KVKK data-processing terms are being finalised with the firm's data-protection lawyer and will replace this page before the site goes live.
Acealen is a boutique organizational advisory practice, currently in a pre-pilot phase.
The site itself has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies. It loads a web font from Google Fonts; your browser's request to that service exposes your IP address to Google under their terms. Nothing else about your visit is recorded by us.
When you email hello@acealen.com, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, your company, and a description of your situation. We use it only to respond and to assess whether an engagement is a fit. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share it.
Where an engagement involves interviews or surveys with a client's employees, that work runs under a strict, written anonymity commitment: no statement made in an employee session is attributed to an individual — directly or by inference — in any deliverable or conversation, ever, without that person's specific written consent. The full terms sit in the engagement's NDA and data-processing agreement.
Under Turkey's KVKK (and comparable regimes), you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Contact us at the address on the site and we will action it.
This note will be replaced by the finalised privacy notice before public launch. Material changes after that will be dated here.
